Age Requirement
The minimum age is 18 years old.
Reservations and Cancellations
We recommend scheduling your Zen treatment 3-4 weeks in advance.
Appointments may be reserved for the hours of 11am - 8 pm
on any day throughout the week, and we will require a credit
card number to guarantee your reservations. Because we reserve
and make special preparations for your private facility and
accommodations, we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance
if you need to cancel or reschedule. We bill the full treatment
rate for any missed appointments or late re-schedules.
Shower and Steam
 The
shower and steam are only available for the Full Body Zen
Massage Package. Please remember to arrive on time; unfortunately,
late arrivals will receive abbreviated treatment. We will
provide you with a robe, slippers, towel, and a private locker.
Medical Concerns
Please call ahead to inquire if you have special and/or medical
needs or concerns.
