Celestial Star Card, Celestial Fragrance Joy Silver Card and Vitality Gold Card hereunder referredto as “GP DEVA VIP Cards”

• You will begin your Celestial Star membership as soon as you have made an initial purchase of US$ 100.00, which is equivalent to 25 reward points. If your initial purchase totals $4,000 (equivalent to 1,000 reward points), you will receive Celestial Frgrance Joy membership. If your initial purchase totals $10,000 (equivalent to 2,500 reward points), you will receive Vitality Gold Card membership.
• Each time you spend US$4.00 before tax on GP DEVA products, you will earn (1) reward point in your membership account.
• Please fill in your complete personal information on the GP DEVA VIP Card application, so that the validity of your VIP status will not be affected in the future.
• GP DEVA VIP cards are not credit cards, and therefore cannot be used for financial services; membership can only be held by you in your personal capacity; each person is only allowed one VIP membership account; furthermore, your VIP card can only be used by you, and may not be shared or transferred.
• Reward point accumulation is applicable to the purchase of GP DEVA skin-care products, jewelry, luxury goods, leather goods, and fine art products, but is not applicable for peripheral accessories sold in our gallery.
• Your reward point accumulation shall comply with the policies and standards provided by GP DEVA. After deducting the threshold reward points according to the Terms and Conditions of your membership class, your remaining points will carry over to the next membership term but will expire at the end of the new term.
• GP DEVA reserves the right to correct any errors with regard to membership reward point accumulation according to the account data.
• If no purchase activity occurs over one year and you do not request continued membership, GP DEVA reserves the right to cancel your membership status. All privileges of your GP DEVA Membership can only be enjoyed by you personally. In order to exercise your membership privileges at our stores, membership status will be confirmed to protect the rights of all members. GP DEVA reserves the right to issue GP DEVA VIP Membership Cards and modify the terms and conditions of the reward points program at its sole discretion. VIP members are required to exercise their rights and privileges according to the rules and policies of the reward program. Please report any loss of your GP DEVA VIP Card immediately to our global GP DEVA VIP Service Centers for a replacement card. Five (5) reward points will be deducted for the replacement. If you have changes to your address or contact information, please notify our GP DEVA VIP Service Centers through telephone, facsimile, or in writing, in order to update your records. Your participation in the GP DEVA VIP Membership Program is governed by GP DEVA Rules and Policies. It is the member’s responsibility to read and understand all of the rules and policies.

• If your accumulated reward points are between 350 and 1,000 at the end of your initial membership period, you may extend your membership for 2 years, subject to a deduction of 350 points at the beginning of the renewal. The remaining points will carry over only to the 2-year period of the new term and automatically expire at the end of the term.
• If the reward points you gather during the 2-year membership period are less than 350, your membership will automatically cancel at the expiration. You may reacquire the Celestial Star status when you meet the requirements but no additional welcome gifts will be issued for the reenrollment.

• If your accumulated reward point’s levels are between 1,000 and 2,500 points during your silver card membership period, you may extend your membership for another 1 year, subject to a deduction of 1,000 points at the beginning of the renewal period. The remainder points will carry over only to the 1-year period of the new term and automatically expire at the end of the term.
• Upon the renewal of your Celestial Fragrance Joy membership, you will receive an additional gift exclusive for silver card membership.
• If the reward points you gather during the 1-year silver card membership are less than 1,000 but more than 350 points, your membership will be automatically converted to the Celestial Star status by deducting 350 points for the membership, and your reward points will continue accumulating according to the policy of that class, subject to a 2-year expiration If the reward points you gather during the 1-year silver card membership are less than 350 points, your membership will automatically expire. You may apply for new membership when you meet the requirements again but no additional welcome gift will be issued for re enrollment.

• If you accumulate 2,500 reward points during your gold card membership period, you may extend your membership for 1 more year, subject to a deduction of 2,500 award points at the beginning of the renewal period. The remaining points will carry over only to the 1-year period of the new term and automatically expire at the end of the term.
• Upon the renewal of your Vitality Gold Card membership, you will receive an additional gift exclusive to gold card members.
• If you accumulate less than 2,500 reward points but more than 1,000 during the 1-year gold card membership, your membership will be automatically upgraded to the Celestial Fragrance Joy status by deducting 1,000 point for the 1-year silver card membership, and your reward points will continue accumulating according to the policy of that class and will expire after 1 year.
• If you gather less than 1,000 but more than 350 reward points within a year, your membership will be automatically converted to the Celestial Star status by deducting 350 points for the membership, and your reward points will continue accumulating according to the policy of that class and will expire after 2 years. If you gather less than 350 reward points within a year, your membership will automatically cancel at the expiration. You may apply for new membership when you meet the requirements again but no additional welcome gift will be issued for re enrollment.
