"A brand new experience was held at the Taipei Flagship Store on Sunday, where not only the theory of coffee brewing and health knowledge was learned on site, but also the five senses immersion experience, through the unique aroma of coffee and plant extracts, which opened a Shangri-La journey of mind, body and soul.
At the beginning of the seminar, we were guided by Dr. Peggy Sung, a master perfumer, to let go of our physical and mental clutter, to focus on our inner feelings in the present moment, and to open our hearts to find our own secret maps. Together with Ms. Yau Wan Yee, the store manager, we were able to understand the power source of each fragrance, and to find out how we can find our own inner state of mind when we are facing various pressures in our life, so that we can find a balance in our life.
Where does the secret to great coffee come from? From the selection of beans to the grinding process, to the hand-brewing process that emphasizes on water temperature and time, each step is the key to savoring the delicious taste of coffee. Dr. Ching-An Fung, an international coffee judge, will hand-brew the finest coffee and bring you a wealth of knowledge about coffee-related health issues, which is very informative and rewarding!
